Nouvelle salle !<\/h1>

A compter du 24 mars 2026<\/strong>, nous quittons la salle d’expression du Centre Pierre Cardinal pour int\u00e9grer la nouvelle salle de danse du Gymnase de Guitard.<\/p>

Tous les cours se d\u00e9rouleront donc \u00e0 partir de cette date et sans modification des horaires au :<\/p>

L\u2019association Centre Danse<\/b><\/h3>

Notre association de danse, loi 1901, bas\u00e9e au Puy-en-Velay depuis 1980, propose l\u2019apprentissage du Modern\u2019Jazz<\/b><\/span>. Nous compl\u00e9tons notre offre avec des cours de\u00a0Pilates <\/span><\/strong>et de<\/span>\u00a0Renforcement musculaire<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Les cours, dispens\u00e9s par Elsa VOLLE BERAGUAS<\/span><\/b><\/em> (Modern’jazz, Pilates, Renforcement musculaire)<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>ont lieu au Gymnase de Guitard – Salle de danse<\/b>\u00a0(Avenue Jean Moulin – Le Puy-en-Velay<\/span><\/em>). Son parking gratuit accueillent les adh\u00e9rents pour profiter pleinement de ces activit\u00e9s du lundi au samedi.<\/span><\/p>

Centre Danse<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0accueille les enfants, gar\u00e7ons et filles, d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 4 ans, les adolescents et les adultes de niveau d\u00e9butant ou confirm\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>

Les cours donnent lieu \u00e0 diverses repr\u00e9sentations donn\u00e9es tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e (T\u00e9l\u00e9thon, F\u00eate de la musique, Forum des associations \u2026<\/span><\/em>) avec comme point d\u2019orgue, le spectacle, autour d\u2019un th\u00e8me choisi et chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9 par notre professeur. Ce dernier cl\u00f4ture une ann\u00e9e riche d\u2019apprentissage technique et artistique.<\/span><\/p>

ELSA<\/b> VOLLE BERAGUAS<\/b><\/h1>

professeur et chor\u00e9graphe<\/i><\/h3>

Sa formation commence en Corse d\u00e8s ses 5 ans.<\/p>

Elsa quitte l’\u00eele pour Nice o\u00f9 elle entre en formation pr\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e0 l’\u00e9cole de Serge ALZETTA de 15 \u00e0 17 ans. Puis elle s’envole pour la Guadeloupe o\u00f9 elle continue sa formation professionnelle au Studio Scherer tout en obtenant un baccalaur\u00e9at litt\u00e9raire.<\/p>

C’est \u00e0 18 ans qu’elle s\u2019installe \u00e0 Montpellier et int\u00e8gre l\u2019\u00e9cole EPSE Danse de Anne-Marie PORRAS o\u00f9 elle obtient son dipl\u00f4me d’Etat de danse jazz \u00e0 22 ans.<\/p>

Elle enseigne dans plusieurs associations pr\u00e8s de cette ville avant de rejoindre Centre Danse au Puy-en-Velay en 2010.<\/p>

Elle continue sa formation de danseuse en participant \u00e0 de nombreux stages avec des chor\u00e9graphes renomm\u00e9s tels que Bruce TAYLOR, Alain GRUTTADAURIA, Michael CASSAN, Angelo MONACO, Andr\u00e9as LAUCK, Roberta FONTANNA, Wayne BARBASTE,… Elsa aime enrichir sa danse au travers de ces divers stages effectu\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>

Dans cet objectif d\u2019enrichissement, Elsa a obtenu, en novembre 2014, sa certification pour enseigner la technique Pilates.<\/p>

Sa p\u00e9dagogie et son univers<\/strong> :<\/p>

Transmettre la danse \u00e0 travers une technique dans la sensibilit\u00e9. Le ressenti, la musicalit\u00e9, une technique moderne jouant sur les contraires, alternant par exemple le fluide et le saccad\u00e9, le lent et le rapide\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
